Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

We're committed to making your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Kindly read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Sale Orders

  • Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for returns.
  • Only size exchange is allowed, subject to stock availability.
  • Gift Cards / Coupon Codes can be applied during sale purchases.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the form of store credit (Coupon Code).

Exchange Policy (Apparel Only)

1. Exchange Window:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • First size exchange is completely FREE.

2. Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products with stains, damage, or signs of use will not be eligible.

3. Valid Exchange Reasons:

  • Size mismatch
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

4. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized products

5. Exchange Process:

  • Raise a request via our Exchange/Return Portal.
  • Once approved, pickup will be scheduled (attempted (wice).
  • In case of failed pickup attempts, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

6. Stock Availability:

• Exchange is subject to availability. If the requested size is not in stock, a store credit or alternate product may be offered.

7. Second Exchange Charges:

  • First size exchange for an item is free.
  • Second exchange (for the same item) will incur a 7250 charge.
  • Return will not be accepted post second exchange.

8. Final Decision:

• Lakhmanis reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

Return Policy (Apparel Only)

1. Return Window:
 Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

4. Coupon Code Validity:
Coupon Codes are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

5. Condition for Return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Innerwear, accessories, or customized products are non-returnable.

7. Using Store Credits:

  • Coupon Codes can be applied at checkout.
  • The value of the new item must be equal to or higher than the coupon amount.
  • No exchange or return is allowed on orders placed using store credit.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed as we do not follow a refund policy.
