1. What is Lakhmanis all about?
Lakhmanis is a modern Indian fashion brand that blends cultural heritage with contemporary designs. We offer inclusive, affordable, and thoughtfully crafted ethnic wear for all body types.
2. Do you offer size customization?
Currently, we offer a wide range of ready-to-wear sizes. Custom sizing is not available at the moment, but we are working on expanding our offerings.
3. How do I know my size?
Please refer to our Size Chart available on every product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
4. Can I exchange or return my order?
We do not offer returns, but we do provide size exchanges for eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.
5. Are sale items exchangeable?
Sale items are not eligible for return. However, a one-time size exchange may be possible if the desired size is in stock.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–10 days depending on your location.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon!
